My fee, MY OFFICE

My fee is $180.80 for an individual's 50-minute session, and $210.00 for a couple or family 80-minute session.

Credit cards (VISA, Master Card), cash, and e-transfers are accepted.

Some clients are self-funded, while others have health insurance plans through their place of employment, or through the purchase of a health plan. Health insurance plans COULD allow for reimbursement for psychotherapy. Please check with your insurance company regarding reimbursement for psychotherapy by an Ontario registered psychotherapist.

Some health insurance plans cap reimbursements at $500/year, while others cap at $2,000 or $3,000 or $5,000/year. It depends on the insurance policy you or your company purchased. 

Employees and family members of the Federal Public Service are eligible for reimbursements of up to $5,000/year. Teachers with OTIP, plus family members, are eligible for reimbursements of up to $2,000/year. 

Official receipts are provided for income tax and/or insurance purposes.
